This little hidden gem on A1A is nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Matanzas River on a 425 acres preserve. Featuring one of the largest outcropping of coquina rock on the Atlantic Ocean, Washington Oaks eastern boundary provides its viewers with a picturesque boulder-strewn seascape.

At the epicenter of The Heights is Armature Works, a 73,000 square foot mixed-use commercial space consisting of the Heights Public Market, multiple event space.
